Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone in its natural rhythm. It is the only FDA-approved GHRH peptide, sold as Egrifta SV and Egrifta WR for HIV-related abdominal fat (lipodystrophy). Reconstitution & Stability
Tesamorelin is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, injected subcutaneously in the abdomen only, once daily. ⚠️ Counterfeiting Warning
Tesamorelin is the peptide most commonly counterfeited — cheaper sermorelin or CJC-1295 is often relabeled as tesamorelin. FDA Status
